Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Watermelon Purée
• 3 chopped cherries
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Champagne vinegar
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with:
• 3 oz. 90 mL ginger ale

Glass: Wine

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cherry, Watermelon

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass full of ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into serving glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
