"As a mixologist I had my doubts big time on the watermelon flavor…but boy I was wrong! The MONIN consistency and flavor of the Watermelon purée was spot on! No more having to purée fresh watermelons! I make an amazing Jalapeño Watermelon Margarita …super delicious!! Try the Yuzu flavor…it’s kick ass too:-)"

"The flavor is all there but when you make a drink with watermelon you would think that the purée would be read as a watermelon but is not so I had to add the watermelon syrup to make it easier to sell . Now the product has great flavor as stated at the beginning."
