Shipping and Return Policy

For all orders placed on monin.us:

  • Free ground shipping restricted to Contiguous United States only. $35+ orders in contiguous US only qualify for Free Shipping.
  • The majority of our shipments are sent via FedEx.
  • Orders containing pumps only are eligible for USPS shipping.
  • We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
  • You must have a physical street address to qualify for shipping.
  • Orders that ship free are not guaranteed to arrive in a specific time frame.
  • Shipping is not available to Mexico.
  • All orders placed on the monin.us site are for delivery only in the contiguous United States. NO export documentation will be provided unless the product is purchased directly through the MoninExport Department. For an inquiry outside of the US, please see the contact information below and our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

How soon will you ship my order?

  • In most cases, free ground shipping orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days—not including weekends or holidays.
  • Packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Expedited orders received and processed before 2 p.m. EST (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays, will ship that same day.* Please note: No weekend delivery is available.
  • Expedited orders received after 2 p.m. EST, Saturday or Sunday, or during a holiday, will be shipped out the next business day.*
  • *Our team strives to ship orders out as quickly as possible, but due to occasional high volumes, this turnaround may be delayed. We will do our best to contact any customer whose expedited request cannot be shipped in the timeframe stated above.
  • Listed below are the terms and conditions set by Monin, Inc. regarding the return of product purchased on the internet at monin.us

Monin, Inc. will accept the return under the following conditions

  • The product is not open, broken, damaged or expired. Any product arriving as such will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. It is the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product to ensure product arrives intact.
  • Product reimbursement is subject to condition of return. All products being returned must be in Full-Unopened condition.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product. The customer may select his or her own shipping carrier, as shipping charges will be their responsibility. The returns should be sent to our facility in Largo, Florida.

If your return meets the above requirements, please follow the following process:

  • Prior to shipment, customer service must be notified of pending return and request must be made for a Return Authorization number. Any returns unaccompanied by an RA number will be refused.
  • Return Authorization number will be valid for 30 days. If the return is not received in 30 days the RA # is cancelled.
  • To obtain an R.A., please send request to support@help.monin.com.
  • The following information must be provided:
  1. Name, Order Number, Ship-To-Address, and Order Date.
  2. List of Product(s) being returned, including expiration dates and lot numbers.
  3. Amount of product being returned.
  4. Carrier’s Name.
  5. Approximate date of return.
  6. Full description of why the product is being returned.
  • A credit will only be issued after the returned product has been inventoried and inspected by our warehouse manager, and is in good, resalable condition. We cannot issue credit for broken, damaged or expired product.
  • All returns subject to 15% restocking fee based on original purchase price.
