HOW TO JOIN THE PROGRAM
What is the Sip & Savor Rewards program and how does it work?

EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS
How can I earn points?
Toggle answer- You earn 1 point for every $1 spent
- Create a new Monin account: 50 points
- Birthday reward: 75 points
- Anniversary Reward: 100 points
- Instagram Follow: 10 points
- Facebook Follow: 10 points
- Sign up for emails: 20 points
- Sign up for SMS: 20 points
- Leave a product review: 10 points
- Leave a product review with a photo: 10 points
*Reviews containing profanity or poor language will not be published on the site.
*If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you may need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date they signed up.
Do my points expire?
Toggle answerYes, points expire 365 days after they are earned.
Can I earn points for purchases made before I joined the loyalty program?
Toggle answer- Points begin accumulating from the moment you're enrolled in the program, which happens automatically when you make a qualifying purchase or earn points through approved activities.
- While purchases made before enrollment aren’t eligible for points, any purchases made after June 1, 2025, will still count toward your VIP tier status—even if you joined later. It’s our way of recognizing your continued support!
Can I receive points if I signed up for email and SMS before I joined the loyalty program?
Toggle answerCustomers cannot be rewarded retroactively. This means that customers who signed up for SMS & Email before the earning rule was created will not receive points once it's set up. Additionally, customers who created a store account or were opted into the Program after already subscribing to SMS & Email, will not receive a reward. They will be able to complete the earning rule and receive a reward if they sign up for SMS & Email with a different number.
Why are the points for my birthday reward not showing up?
Toggle answerFraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they signed up.
- If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you do no see your rewards points, contact support@help.monin.com.
- If you sign up and sets your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you signed up. For example, if you signed up for the Monin Loyalty Rewards program on January 5 and claimed your birthday is January 6, the reward will be granted on January 6 + [29 days].
How do I redeem my points or rewards online?
Toggle answerAdd products to your cart and apply your points at checkout. A minimum of 150 points is required to redeem.
What should I do if my points don’t appear after a purchase?
Toggle answerPoints may take up to 24 hours to show in your account. If they haven’t appeared after that, please contact our customer service team for help.
How do I reach and maintain new VIP Tiers?
Toggle answer- All customers start in our base tier: Flavor Family. Spend $50 to become a Sipster, $300 to level up to Tastemaker, and spend $600 to unlock Master Mixologist level to receive the most exclusive perks and deals!
- You’ll remain in your VIP tier for 12 months from the date you qualify, as long as you continue to meet any ongoing program requirements.
- *If a refund or order cancellation lowers your total qualifying spend below a tier threshold, you will be moved out of the tier you reached with that purchase.
Can I earn points from purchasing on the Shop Monin app?
Toggle answerYes! You can earn and redeem points for purchases made on the Shop Monin app at checkout. To manage your rewards program or view your point balance, go to Rewards - Monin US on the website.
REFUNDING AND CANCELING MY ORDER
What happens to my points when I cancel or refund my order?
Toggle answerIf you cancel or refund your order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
*If the refund lowers your total qualifying spend below a tier threshold, you will be moved out of the tier you reached with that purchase.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
How do I update my account information?
Toggle answer- To update your address or password, log in and go to your account dashboard (click your name in the top right corner of the page).
- To update your birthday or ask about your Monin Anniversary (the date your account was created), please contact customer service at support@help.monin.com.
How is my personal information used in the loyalty program?
