Monin Sip & Savor Loyalty Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions - Monin Sip & Savor Loyalty Rewards Program (the "Program")

1. Membership Eligibility 

  • Open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older. 
  • Intended for home users only. Business accounts are excluded. 
  • No purchase is necessary to join. 
  • By enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

2. Account Registration and Maintenance 

  • To join, create a Monin account with a valid email address. 
  • Each member may only maintain one account. 
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. 
  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support@help.monin.com. Upon cancellation, all unused points will be forfeited. 

3. Earning Points 

  • You can earn points through the following actions: 
  • Making purchases on Monin.us 
  • Creating a Monin account 
  • Following Monin on Instagram 
  • Signing up for email and SMS - Customers cannot be rewarded retroactively. This means that customers who signed up for SMS & Email before the earning rule was created will not receive points once it's set up. Additionally, customers who created a store account or were opted into the Program after already subscribing to SMS & Email, will not receive a reward. They will be able to complete the earning rule and receive a reward if they sign up for SMS & Email with a different number.
  • Leaving a product review - Points will not be given for reviews containing profanity or poor language. 
  • Receiving anniversary points
  • Receiving birthday points - Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they signed up. If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you do no see your rewards points, contact support@help.monin.com. If you sign up and sets your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you signed up. For example, if you signed up for the Program on January 5 and claimed your birthday is January 6, the reward will be granted on January 6 + [29 days].
  • Points are not earned on taxes, shipping, or purchases made with gift cards. 
  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s account.   
  • If the customer cancels an order that they redeemed points for, the points used for the order will be added back to their account. 

4. VIP Tiers & Qualifications 

  • Your tier is based on cumulative spend: 
  • Flavor Family: All customers start here upon account creation. 
  • Sipster: Spend $50+  
  • Tastemaker: Spend $300+ 
  • Master Mixologist: Spend $600+  
  • Each tier offers exclusive rewards: 
  • Sipster (Tier 1) – Exclusive access to sales. 
  • Tastemaker (Tier 2) – Earn 1.25 points per $1 spent, receive 100 birthday points, gain exclusive access to sales, and enjoy surprise rewards. 
  • Master Mixologist (Tier 3) – Earn 1.5 points per $1 spent, receive 125 birthday points, gain exclusive access to sales, and enjoy surprise rewards. 
  • Tier status is reviewed periodically and may change based on your spending. 
  • You’ll remain in your VIP tier for 12 months from the date you qualify, as long as you continue to meet any ongoing Program requirements. 

5. Redeeming Points 

  • Points can be redeemed at checkout in increments of 150, 300, 450, or 600. 
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • If a refund lowers the customer’s total qualifying spend below a tier threshold, they will be moved out of the tier they reached with that purchase. 
  • Redemption options and values are subject to change at Monin’s discretion. 
  • Points may not be used to purchase gift cards or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. 

6. Point Expiration and Inactivity 

  • Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. 
  • Inactivity is defined as no points earned or redeemed during the 12-month period. 

7. Program Changes and Termination 

  • Monin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. 
  • Changes will be posted on the Rewards Page and are effective immediately unless stated otherwise. 
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

8. Limitations and Restrictions 

  • Points are non-transferable and may not be combined across accounts. 
  • Abuse of the Program (e.g., creating multiple accounts, fraudulent activity) may result in termination and forfeiture of points. 
  • Monin reserves the right to audit accounts and adjust points or tier status as necessary. 

9. Privacy and Communications 

  • Participation is subject to Monin’s Privacy Policy. 
  • By enrolling, you consent to receive Program-related communications via email or SMS. 
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional messages will still be sent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability 

  • The Sip & Savor Loyalty Program and all associated rewards, offers, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 
  • Monin makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Program, including but not limited to the earning, tracking, or redemption of points. 
  • Monin does not guarantee that the Sip & Savor Loyalty Program or any rewards—including but not limited to flavoring syrups, sauces, or accessories—will always meet your expectations, work for your specific needs, or be free from issues. We provide everything “as is,” without any promises or guarantees, unless the law requires otherwise. 
  • Monin is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, unauthorized access to accounts, or errors in Program operations. 
  • In no event shall Monin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost rewards, data loss, or system outages. 

12. Governing Law 

  • These Terms and the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

13. Severability 

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. 

14. Entire Agreement 

  • These Terms, along with Monin’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monin regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. 

15. Program Availability and Geographic Scope 

  • The Program is only available to individuals residing in the United States and its territories. 
  • Monin reserves the right to restrict participation based on geographic location or other criteria. 

16. Program Use Restrictions 

  • The Program is for personal use only. Commercial use or participation on behalf of a business or group is prohibited unless explicitly approved by Monin. 
  • Monin may refuse to create an account or terminate an account at its sole discretion if misuse or abuse is suspected. 

17. Program Void Where Prohibited 

  • The Program is void where prohibited by law. 
  • Participation constitutes your agreement that you meet all eligibility requirements and that your participation does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. 

18. Changes to Account Information 

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information. 
  • Monin is not responsible for communications or rewards not received due to outdated or incorrect contact information. 

19. No Transfer of Rights 

  • Points, rewards, and tier status are non-transferable and may not be combined with other accounts or transferred upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise by operation of law. 

20. Program Interpretation 

  • All interpretations of these Terms are at Monin’s sole discretion, and Monin’s decisions are final.
