What is a Ship & Sip Subscription and how does it work? 

Ship & Sip Subscriptions is our new order subscription service. Instead of placing orders every time you run out of a flavor, you can create a subscription and have your favorite products automatically delivered to you on a recurring schedule. Once you start a Ship & Sip Subscription, your order will be processed and shipped at the delivery frequency you choose, so you never have to worry about running out of your favorite flavors again.

How do I start a Ship & Sip Subscription?

If a product is available for a recurring subscription, you can start a new Ship & Sip Subscription by selecting the “Subscribe & Save” option on the product page. When setting up a new subscription, you will choose your preferred delivery frequency before completing checkout. Your subscription will begin immediately after your first order is placed.

Do I need a Monin customer account to create a subscription? How do I manage my new subscription? 

Yes. A Monin account is required to manage your subscription.

If you already have a customer account, simply log in and follow the steps above to place your subscription order. If you are a new user, a Monin account will be created using the email address you enter at checkout. Once your subscription is active, you can manage it anytime by logging into your account or using the link in your subscription confirmation email.

Can I create a Ship & Sip Subscription for any Monin flavor? 

At this time, subscriptions are only available for select best-selling flavors. We hope to expand the program to include more flavors in the future. The best way to stay informed is to sign up for Monin emails.

My previous subscription order charged me for shipping. How can I update it for next time?

If your upcoming delivery doesn’t meet the free shipping minimum, you can update it anytime before it ships.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions
  3. View your upcoming order
  4. Add a product from the “You may also like” carousel

 

Once your order total reaches the free shipping minimum, free shipping will automatically apply.

How often would my subscription arrive?

You decide! You can choose to have your delivery arrive every 2, 3, or 4 months.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes. You can update how often your subscription is delivered in your Monin account settings.

When you log into your Monin account, you will see your Order History, and above that is a link that says “Click here to manage your subscriptions.” After clicking that link, you will be taken to your Subscriptions account page, where you can manage delivery frequency, products included in your subscription, and more.

I need to update my shipping address. How do I do that?

Log into your Monin account, click the link to manage subscriptions, and edit your delivery details before your next order is processed.

How do I update my billing information?

Billing information can be updated at any time in your subscription account. Be sure to save your changes before your next scheduled order to avoid payment issues.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time on your Subscriptions page. Once a subscription is canceled, you will not be charged for future orders, as long as that month's order has not already been processed.

Can I return a subscription order?

Subscription orders follow the same return policy as one-time purchases. Please refer to our return policy for full details.

What happens if a subscription item is out of stock?

If a product in your subscription is out of stock, your order will not be processed. Please contact customer support at support@help.monin.com, and our team will help you choose a replacement product based on availability.

Are loyalty points awarded on subscription orders?

Yes. Loyalty points are awarded for each subscription order placed.

Do discounts or promotions apply to subscription orders?

No—discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied to subscription orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Our subscriptions are already offered at a discounted rate, so additional promotions typically do not stack on top of subscription pricing. If a specific promotion does apply to subscriptions, it will be clearly noted in the offer details.

Rewards discounts from Yotpo Loyalty members can be used during checkout. 

How are subscriptions and regular orders processed?

If you add a subscription item and a one-time purchase to your cart at the same time, they will ship together in your first order.


After that, your subscription items will automatically ship based on the delivery frequency you selected (for example, every 30 or 60 days). These recurring deliveries will be processed separately from any future one-time purchases.

Does free shipping apply to subscription orders?

Yes, but each delivery is evaluated separately.

Every recurring subscription shipment must meet the free shipping minimum on its own in order to qualify for free shipping.

How can I make sure my subscription orders qualify for free shipping?

To help ensure free shipping on future deliveries, make sure your initial subscription order meets the free shipping minimum.

 

Before your next delivery ships, you can also add products to your upcoming order. Simply log into your account and add items from the “You may also like” carousel to increase your order total and reach the free shipping threshold.
