Monin Subscriptions Terms of Service and Internal Communications
Effective Date: March 2026
Terms of Service
Monin offers a subscription program that allows customers to receive select products on a recurring basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms. Monin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Personal Home Use Only
Monin Subscriptions are intended for personal and household use only. Business users are not eligible to participate in the subscription program.
A business user may include, but is not limited to:
• Orders shipped to a commercial address
• Orders placed using a company or business name
• Orders using a tax‑exempt certificate
• Orders placed in large quantities
• Purchases intended for resale or commercial use
Monin reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions if we reasonably believe the program is being used for business or resale purposes.
Automatic Renewal and Billing
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Monin to automatically charge your payment method for recurring orders based on your selected delivery frequency.
Orders will be billed on your next scheduled order date and will continue on that date until your subscription is canceled or your schedule is changed.
Taxes and shipping charges may apply.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers can manage their subscription at any time through the Subscriptions section of their account or Customer Support. Available options may include:
• Skipping a delivery
• Changing delivery frequency
• Swapping products
• Pausing a subscription
• Updating billing or shipping information
Changes to your upcoming orders must be made 24 hours before the next scheduled order date.
Subscription Pricing and Promotions
Subscription orders may include a subscription discount. Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Rewards discounts from Yotpo Loyalty members can be used during checkout.
Monin reserves the right to change subscription pricing, discounts, or product availability at any time.
Product Availability
Subscription products are limited to select items and may change over time. Monin reserves the right to add, remove, or substitute products available for subscription.
If a product in your subscription is temporarily unavailable, Monin may delay shipment, remove the item from the order, or move the item to a future delivery.
Shipping
Subscription orders follow Monin’s standard shipping policies unless otherwise specified.
Returns and Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to Monin’s standard return and refund policies.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscriptions section of your account. Cancellations must be submitted via your account dashboard at least 24 hours before the next order processes to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
Monin Internal Communications (Ecommerce & Customer Support)
Program Scope
• Subscriptions will only be offered on select best‑selling products.
• The subscription catalog will be intentionally limited to maintain inventory reliability.
Business User Enforcement
• If an order appears to be placed for commercial use, the web team may cancel the subscription.
• Indicators of business use include commercial addresses, company names, tax‑exempt orders, resale intent, or unusually large quantities.
• Customer support should communicate the policy politely and recommend purchasing through standard ecommerce ordering instead.
Inventory Management
• Subscription SKUs must have inventory tracking enabled.
• If a subscription product is out of stock, the order should not be charged until inventory is available.
• If part of an order is unavailable, operations may delay the shipment or remove the unavailable item.
Customer Experience Guidelines
• Customers must be able to easily manage subscriptions within their account.
• Customers should receive reminder emails prior to subscription renewal.
• Customer support agents should offer solutions such as skip, swap, delay, or cancel if issues occur.
Promotion Management
• Subscription discounts should not stack with promotional discounts unless intentionally approved by ecommerce leadership.
• Marketing promotions should clearly state if subscription products are excluded.
Pricing and Catalog Changes
• Ecommerce leadership may add or remove subscription products based on performance and inventory stability.
• Pricing adjustments may occur periodically due to cost changes.
