Ingredients

• 1 oz. Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
• 1/2 oz. Monin Spiced Pumpkin Purée
• 2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
• 1 egg white
• 1 oz. Monin Pumpkin Pie Syrup
• 2 oz. water

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
2. Cap and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Garnish.
