Ingredients

• 2 oz. 60 mL bourbon
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Spiced Pumpkin Purée
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Crème Caramel Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL half & half
• Top with Cold Foam:

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz. 240 mL

Garnish: Sugar sprinkles, Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
