Pomegranate Espadin
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. mezcal
- 3/4 oz. Monin Pomegranate Syrup
- 1/4 oz. Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
- 2 oz. green tea
- 1 piece(s) lemon wedge (squeeze and discard)
Glass: Cocktail/Martini
Glass Size: 8 oz.
Garnish: Lemon peel
Instructions
- Chill serving glass.
- Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
- Add garnish and serve.
