Lavender Lemon Blueberry Compote
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 Tbsps. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsps. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup

Glass Size: 1 cup.
Instructions
- In a small saucepot set over medium heat combine the blueberries, sugar, water and salt.
- Simmer blueberries until they begin to thicken, about 15 minutes or until the berries burst and the juice coats the back of a spoon.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature, then add the syrup and mix until well combined.
- Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
