"Significantly thicker syrup versus standard Monin stouts. Also, Different flavor profile. Not sure it really seems like a Purée, but it is thicker and more concentrated. However still need a good pump or two to get out the flavor. Currently use for coffees, hot/iced lattes, etc, but see where this could be used with things like waffles and pancakes as well."
