Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 1 oz. 30 mL dry vermouth
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL lemon
• Top with sparkling wine

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
