The Monin Flavor Academy Summer Internship Program is a chance for enrolled collegiate students to dive into the vibrant world of flavor creation and business innovation. Over 9 immersive weeks, they’ll gain hands-on experience, collaborate across departments, and contribute to projects that bring Monin’s mission to life. This is more than just an internship; it’s a chance to learn from passionate professionals, sharpen your business and creative instincts, and leave your mark on a global flavor brand.

For Summer 2026, Monin is seeking interns to gain experience across different functions of the business. They will collaborate with teams across Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain while contributing to meaningful projects that directly support our organization's goals.
