In celebration of National Pomegranate Month, which was November, our culinary team did a lot of exploring the bold Pomegranate flavor and all that it can add to every type of food dish and cuisine. This sweet and tart fruit is extra juicy now as it is in season, so our kitchen is full of these bright red superfruits. One of our favorite dishes on our ‘table’ of pomegranate-flavored cuisine was this Pomegranate Glazed Lamb. Tender, juicy and bursting with flavors this dish is quite easy, and the glaze is the BEST part—and it’s especially perfect for the holiday season. Aldo – remember that getting the lamb cooked medium rare is important, so keep an eye on the temperature of the meat as you cook it.
