Ingredients

• 1 sprig(s) fresh tarragon
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL Non-Alcoholic Whiskey Spirit
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
• 1 oz. 30 mL pasteurized egg white
• 1 oz. 30 mL lemon juice
• Top with:
• 4 oz. 120 mL club soda
• 2 dash(es) orange blossom water

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Tarragon, Dehydrated lemon

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
