Ingredients

• 2 oz. 60 mL premium bourbon
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL honey
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Pineapple Syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Lemon twist, Pineapple frond

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
