Yuzu Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 cups packed fresh parsley
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Monin Yuzu Purée
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

      1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and purée until well incorporated and smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
      2. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
