• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Rock Melon Cantaloupe Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL fresh grapefruit juice
• 2 piece(s) fresh tarragon
• 4 oz. 120 mL purified water
• 2 dash(es) aromatic bitters

Garnish: Grapefruit, Tarragon, Lemon

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
