Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Ube Syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL simple syrup
• Fill with Alcohol-Removed Sparkling wine

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
