Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium dry gin
• 3 cube(s) watermelon
• 2 ea. cucumber wheels
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Watermelon Syrup
• Muddle:
• 5 ea. mint leaves
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• Top with:
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Fresh watermelon slice, Cucumber slice

Instructions

Muddle fruit/herbs and Monin product(s) in shaker. Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
