Watermelon Chili Collins
Ingredients
- 3 chunk(s) watermelon
- 1 1/2 oz. watermelon vodka
- 3/4 oz. Monin Habanero Lime Syrup
- 2 oz. sweet & sour mix
- splash club soda
- ice
Glass: Tall/Pint
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Lime, Watermelon
Instructions
- Muddle fruit/herbs and Monin product(s) in shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
- Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
