Tropical Passion Fruit Mojito
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. light rum
- 6 mL Monin Passion Fruit Concentrated Flavor
- 1 1/2 oz. fresh lime sour
- 8 ea. mint leaves
- Top with:
- 1 oz. club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime wedge
Instructions
- Place ingredients into bottom of serving glass and muddle.
- Fill serving glass full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin, cap, shake and pour back into serving glass.
- Top with ice, add garnish and serve.
