Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Salted Caramel Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL pineapple juice
• Top with:
• 3 oz. 90 mL club soda

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Caramel swirl (drizzle)

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
