Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Chai Tea Concentrate
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Toasted Coconut Syrup
• 5 oz. 150 mL unsweetened coconut milk
• Top with Cold Foam:

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Star anise, Cinnamon sugar, Candied ginger

Instructions

Pour ingredients (except cold foam) into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Use blender or frother to mix the cold foam ingredients or combine in shaker cup and dry shake vigorously for 60 seconds, or until mixture is frothy. Top beverage with cold foam, garnish, and serve.
