• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
• 1 pump(s) Monin Coconut Concentrated Flavor
• 3 oz. 90 mL unsweetened coconut milk
• Top with:
• 3 oz. 90 mL club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple frond, Toasted coconut

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
