Ingredients

• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Brown Butter Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Salted Caramel Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL apple juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh sour mix
• Top with:
• 2 oz. 60 mL ginger beer

Garnish: Orange peel

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
