Tart Cherry Buck
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. honey whiskey
- 1/2 oz. cherry bitters
- 1/2 oz. Monin Tart Cherry Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Monin Ginger Beer Syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Fill with club soda
Glass: Specialty
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Cherry, Mint sprig, Lime
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
- Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
