Tai Tiki
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Cuban rum
- 1/2 oz. Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Monin Blood Orange Purée
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz. dark rum floater
Glass: Tiki Mug/Glass
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Edible flower(s), Lime slice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glass filled with ice.
- Gently pour floater on top.
- Garnish.
