Summer in Amalfi
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. lemoncello
- 3/4 oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup
- 2 pump(s) Monin Strawberry Concentrated Flavor
- 3 oz. club soda
Glass: Glass
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Grapefruit, Mint sprig, Strawberry slices
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
- Add garnish and serve.
