• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Strawberry Purée
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
• 2 oz. 60 mL oat milk
• 4 scoop(s) frozen yogurt or sorbet

Garnish: Whipped cream, Strawberry slices, Lemon zest

Instructions

Combine ingredients in mixing tin in order listed. Spindle mix until smooth. Pour into serving glass, garnish, and serve.
