Strawberry Passion Fruit Mojito
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. light rum
- 3 mL Monin Mint Concentrated Flavor
- 1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry Purée
- 1/2 oz. Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 4 ea. mint leaves
- 1 oz. club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Mint sprig, Strawberry
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
