Ingredients

• 1 oz. premium gin
• 1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry Purée
• 1/4 oz. Monin Hibiscus Syrup
• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz. Strawberry Kombucha
• 3 oz. sparkling white wine

Glass: Wine

Glass Size: 18 oz.

Garnish: Edible flower(s)

Instructions

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
2. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
3. Stir gently to mix.
4. Add garnish and serve.
