Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Strawberry Purée
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Rose Syrup
• 5 oz. 150 mL champagne or sparkling wine

Glass: Champagne/Flute

Glass Size: 6 oz.

Garnish: Sugar rimmer, Strawberry

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
