• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL Pisco Porton
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Guava Syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 pump(s) Monin Strawberry Concentrated Flavor
• Top prosecco white wine

Glass: Champagne/Flute

Glass Size: 6 oz.

Garnish: Strawberry, Lime wheel

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
