Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL gin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL absinthe
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Elderflower Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL pasteurized egg white

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Edible flower(s), Lemon twist

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
