Spring Melon
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. limoncello liqueur
- 1 oz. coconut rum
- 1 oz. Monin Classic Watermelon Syrup
- 2 oz. coconut water
- top with tonic water
Glass: Any/Multiple
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Watermelon, Mint leaves
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
