Spring Bouquet
Ingredients
- 1 oz. bergamot liqueur
- 1 oz. Monin Violet Syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Top with:
- 4 oz. prosecco white wine
- 1 oz. club soda
Glass: Wine
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Basil sprig, Edible flower(s)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
- Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
