Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 mL bergamot liqueur
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Violet Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • Top with:
  • 4 oz. 120 mL prosecco white wine
  • 1 oz. 30 mL club soda

Glass: Wine

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Basil sprig, Edible flower(s)

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
