Ingredients

  • 1 oz. bergamot liqueur
  • 1 oz. Monin Violet Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • Top with:
  • 4 oz. prosecco white wine
  • 1 oz. club soda

Glass: Wine

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Basil sprig, Edible flower(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
