Ingredients

• 2 cups Monin Monin Strawberry Purée
• 1 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
• 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha (add more or less as desired)
• 4 large cloves garlic
• minced
• salt and pepper
• 4 tablespoons poppy seeds

Glass Size: 16.0.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except for the poppy seeds in a food processor or blender and puree thoroughly. Strain if desired and then mix in the poppy seeds.

Note: This dressing is great on a strawberry and avocado salad with bacon and feta
