Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pear Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL sweet vermouth
• 1 oz. 30 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 3 prosecco white wine

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Star anise, Orange zest, Pear slice(s)

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Stir gently to mix. Garnish and serve.
