• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1 ¾ cups milk
• 2 eggs
• beaten
• 1/4 cup Monin Monin Chai Tea Concentrate

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place rice in bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.

Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake approximately 25 minutes.

Serve warm.
