Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Praline Syrup
• ice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Caramel Sauce
• 1 oz. 30 mL softened vanilla ice cream
• 1 oz. 30 mL bourbon
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Irish cream liqueur

Glass: Cocktail/Martini

Glass Size: 6 oz.

Garnish: Whipped cream, Pecan, Monin caramel sauce

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
