Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL mezcal
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Desert Pear® Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• Top with:
• 3 oz. 90 mL citrus soda

Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit , Dehydrated lime , Pepper slice, Dehydrated orange wheel

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
