Smoke House Sour

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL peach schnapps
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Agave Organic Nectar
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Hickory Smoke Syrup

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Lime, Chili pepper

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
  3. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
