Shark Bite Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium silver rum
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Coconut Purée
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
  • 2 dash(es) bitters

Glass: Highball

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple slice, Nutmeg, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

  1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
  2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
  3. Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
