Santorini Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz. bitter/herbal aperitif
- 1/2 oz. Monin Red Passion Fruit Syrup
- 2 oz. prosecco white wine
- 3 oz. club soda
Glass: Glass
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Orange peel, Mint sprig
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
- Add garnish and serve.
