Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL tequila
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Elderflower Syrup
• 1 pump(s) Monin Passion Fruit Concentrated Flavor
• 2 oz. 60 mL prosecco white wine

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Honey grapefruit cold foam, Firestick edible flower, Sprinkle of black lava salt

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with ice in order listed. Stir vigorously to chill and strain into a chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
