• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Vanilla Syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with:
• 3 oz. 90 mL grapefruit flavored soda

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Star fruit

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
