Ingredients
- 1 oz. premium gin
- 3/4 oz. Monin Red Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
Glass: Coupe Glass
Glass Size: 8 oz.
Garnish: Passion fruit pulp, Lemon peel
Instructions
- Chill serving glass.
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
- Stir vigorously to chill, and strain into chilled serving glass.
- Add garnish and serve.
