Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL limoncello
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Raspberry Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL lemon juice
• 4 oz. 120 mL champagne or sparkling wine
• 1 oz. 30 mL club soda

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Raspberries, Lemon peel

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
